After serving in the U.S. Army, Felix started selling real estate - eventually closing over 60 transactions a year. He become a branch manager for the top 2 independent brokerages in Orange County California (First Team Real Estate and Realty ONE Group) where he managed over 400 agents while overseeing thousands of transactions. Felix has trained thousands of Real Estate Agents across the U.S. through his online and offline presentations and trainings. Felix is an active public speaker on the topics of Social Media, Real Estate, lead generation, transaction management, negotiations and small business operations. He's currently one of the moderators for Lab Coat Agents - the largest Facebook Group for real estate. He has served on the Board of Directors for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Associations of America) Orange County, and he runs and coaches a weekly intensive boot camp for real estate agents and affiliates.
