I'm pretty simple gal... I am an entrepreneur at heart who loves to help others. My passion is to help as many people as possible find their dream home. My other passion in life is rescuing animals in need. Nothing feels better than knowing you just saved a life from death row.

I started working with HomeSmart Evergreen Reality in 2017. My team and I work with clients in all of Southern California with Residential sales and leases, from the beaches to the mountains and everywhere in between. Our team has a combined over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry. I personally started as a Notary Public and purchasing investment properties then became a licensed agent in 2017. Previously obtained sales and marketing skills while working in the manufacturing field for over 25 years. My work ethic starts with great compassion and commitment to help others. After I received my real estate license, I continued my education in the Real Estate Industry.

This education and experience have guided our team tremendously in our business in which we use analytics, strategic planning, negotiating skills, marketing, public relations, research, and interpersonal communication with others. Our experience consists of luxury homes, relocating, resale, new homes sales, distressed properties, working with asset managers, first-time home buyers, investment properties, commercial, and land.

I'm an active member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. I also participate in events for local non-profits and special events throughout each year.

The use of Technology is extremely important in our business as we have incorporated it in our daily routines with the use of Docusign, Lion Desk, Listing Booster, personal website, Facebook, Linkedin, and Zillow. Through social media, we are able to maintain websites, market properties, perform transactions, and stay relevant in the eyes of the consumers looking for an agent.
