Constance Perkins has loved real estate from the time she was a small child. Always accompanying her parents, grandparents, and or friends’ parents to view the new model home tours. Envisioning what it would be like to live in each one of the homes, still remembering some of the floorplans from those childhood days. This skill helps her to this day remind clients of the special features of the homes that she has shown them. In 1993 she decided it was time to obtain her real estate license. She started out as an assistant to a top local agent, then moved on to a top brand name real estate company where she was the top agent numerous times, then on to managing a local brand name office. After building a good size team she decided to obtain her Real Estate Brokers License in 2003 and opened her own office. She has earned real-life experience in managing offices, sales, marketing, and concierge services that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers, sellers, and investors.
Constance Perkins did not serve in the military; however, she is married to a former Navy Corpsman, and helps charities raise funds for veterans. In addition to that she has several contacts throughout the United States that she receives and gives referrals for Active and Retired service men and women.
