Working in the real estate realm requires attention to detail, exceptional understanding of the client's requirements, and effectively handling a client's transactions. Buying or selling your house is rarely an easy process. Most often than not, sellers have a tough time finding the right family that fits their home, hence all they end up with is a ton of headache and an unsold property. For buyers, finding the right home that fits their lifestyle and budget range is not any easier. Hence, when working, my approach is always client-centered, as I utilize the mental acumen of an attorney and the grounded people skills of a therapist. I focus on not only landing my clients their perfect home or deal but also educating them on the intricate market distinctions and the specific areas involved when buying or selling a home to ensure they make accurate and timely decisions.

My Background

Born in Afghanistan and currently residing in Concord, California, I'm the Broker Manager at AHS Realty Pros and a graduate of Diablo Valley College. Throughout my career, I have been a sales manager, but it wasn't until two years ago when I took a leap of faith and joined the real estate industry to bring more value to my life while also helping others find their dream home and deal.

Growing up, my family and I moved a lot, and we did not have much. What's more, having been brought up without a dad, I was raised by my mom, who was forced to wear many hats to feed our family. This was hard on me and forced me to step up and start working at the young age of 10. This habit stuck on me and I have been working since then. During my college years, I took up full-time employment at the Good Guys in Walnut. Over the years, this experience has granted me the great opportunity to appreciate family and resilience. Thus when working, I ensure my clients always land the ideal home that matches their criteria.

When I'm not busy working, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling with my family, working on cars, and running my 3 YouTube channels. I'm a sincere believer in continued learning, and I thus use my YouTube channels to share my ideas with people across the globe.
