I've been doing real estate since 2001 and live in the High Desert...Apple Valley, Victorville area with my husband Tom and son Tommy. I am a Broker and work for my company Sunset Breeze Real Estate and another Broker, All In 1 Real Estate Services. I do not let many opportunities pass me by as I am an L.O. too. I've started up three real estate companies and have watched so much change during the years. I lived through 2008 starving and doing BPO's and florished in 2009 and on. Duck and roll is what makes this business interesting, like moving into a new home without window coverings and getting out of the shower...Duck and roll, always creating new business plans to meet the market needs. I have an identical twin sister who is a Realtor and I would love to introduce her to the world of plenty. I'm so happy Career Compass came up with C4, I do not want them to go anywhere especially in this hostile enviornment, I even purchased the Compass Greates Hits again for $8 althouth I already have it on disc, phone, computer. I use the 7% technique all the time with a 90% success rate and have even ended up with an 8% commission. We need to stick together and I look forward to being a part of the Career Compass family.
