As an extremely active participant in real estate Denise has helped shape industry standards. She was an elected member of her local Board of Directors; a director for the California Assn. of Realtors as well as an appointed director for the National Assn. of Realtors. She has also served many years in various positions for not only the local Women’s Council of Realtors but also the California state chapter.

Because of her commitment to real estate and giving back to her community she has received numerous awards. She was named 2005 Realtor of the Year, received the Community Service award in 2006, named to the Women’s Hall of Fame in 2010 and most recently became Entrepreneur of the Year for 2012.
