Marty loves helping people make great decisions in real estate. Most of his clients end up becoming more like friends than clients, and most of his business comes from referrals. He is a student of his craft, always studying the market, contracts, negotiating and the ever changing laws of real estate. He is always working to find his clients an advantage, whether buying or selling. He is a Masters Club winner, Ethics and Pro Standards Committee member and new agent orientation teacher at the local Association of Realtors. He is also a volunteer football coach. His wife started a non-profit, ZiaRanch.org, which offers horsemanship and riding lessons geared to special needs kids. His family loves snow skiing (Kirkwood) and camping (Pismo Beach). They are avid off road enthusiasts and also love kayaking/canoeing. Always looking for new adventures!
