About the Event

The good news about the senior market is they are less likely to buy from an online entity, preferring and demanding to do business with someone they’ve come to know and trust in person.  The Event Build Up Technique (EBT) and Question-Story-Question (QSQ) technique are "in-person" strategies for you to build and reinforce your senior branding and establish trustful relationships with seniors that will lead to listings, referrals and double commission transactions.  Module 7 is a deep dive into the EBT and QSQ techniques that will take your business to new levels for years to come.

Jim is a Senior Market Specialist and he works with seniors directly, real estate agents, financial planners and healthcare professionals to evaluate how a different real estate stragies can improve their lives. He has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from USC and an MBA from Pepperdine University. 

Besides many years of executive experience in Silicon Valley tech companies, he also offers a realtor perspective having sold over 200 homes as a real estate professional.

He is the author of a book entitled “Thirty Strategies to Sell More Homes to the Senior Market – a handbook for Real Estate Professionals.”
