I just started my journey into the Deal of the Week. Went to court, passed security, got acknowledged by judge & bailiff, and saw the evictions process take place. Wow! it was just like Beef described. BUT...all the plaintiffs (landlords) were represented by lawyers and ALL were virtual. I have 2 listings that agreed to the 7%. one the standard and one the extreme. is there a concise way to write it out in the contract that shows the tiers, and commissions? I have the MLS private remarks down as we were shown in the Tustin seminar. but an example of the contract verbiage would be helpful!
What did you write in the private remarks for the standard 7%?
Did you mention the 4% commission on any of your marketing materials?
Hello, in our monthly meeting today we were informed that the DRE has barred C4 from giving classes and tests. I heard this has happened before but you got the right to administer classes and tests again, but once again taken away. Do you think you will get to offer these again? I have passed my tests in the past and I have my certificates. I will contact the DRE to see if they will still accept them since they were taken before November 2022 (apparently the date the DRE removed this privilege from you). Do you know if they will accept them? I am sorry to hear about this. I hope you can offer this again for us in the future.
Thank you for reaching out and the information you have been given is false. The Career Compass has run it's CE program the same exact way that CAR (California Association of Realtors) runs its CE referral program.
As a member benefit of The Career Compass/C4, we have multiple Continuing Education companies we work with as a referral benefit for our members. All the independent, 3rd party CE providers we work with are approved by the DRE to offer all the courses needed for any renewal.
The DRE will accept the Continuing education you earned through our 3rd party independent CE providers, and in November 2022 that would have been primarily through our main partner, 45Hoursonline.com.
We explain the process in detail at our events, that the Continuing Education is provided by a 3rd party independent CE company and The Career Compass is acting as a referral partner only in the CE process.
