Need Help my listins aren't selling
Any one have any suggestions, I tried the 4% listing price and that didn't work. The market in the San Fernando Valley is dead. I have a listing that is the lowest per square foot but that doesn't seem to matter. Has anyone advertised anywhere that has got results. I've done the sending to agents, KV core, adwerx and still nothing. Do you think lowering the price will help. Both my listings have been on the market for over 51 days. Hey Shelley, it's a tough market for sure, but price always motivates buyers. Are buyers looking and not offering or not even looking. That will speak volumes right there to your price. Offer an incentive to the buyer like help with closing costs. Good luck!
