Yesterday I met with Dawn, the Regional Sales Manager and Marti, the Yorba Linda Sales Manager for Sunrise Assisted Living. Sunrise has locations throughout southern California - google them. My great one hour conversation included the following:

- When I reviewed my approach in training Realtors, both Dawn and Marti concurred that they do indeed often see listings before anyone else when selling their facilities to prospective residents

- In their opinion, 70% of new residents end up selling their home to finance costs for living at Sunrise

- Both understand the potential synergy with Realtors and confirmed they have a Realtor referral program in place nationally

- They would love to participate in a seminar with a Realtor to generate mutual business

- They would love to participate in a "senior wellness event" hosted in conjunction with Realtors and other senior demographic professionals

- They would welcome being featured in a Realtor Senior Newsletter

- With corporate approval, they plan to record a podcast with me that will be posted on the SISREP.org website talking about their business and working with Realtors. Access to this website is included in your C4 membership.

- They appreciate that I "got it' as a follow senior market professional and noticed I communicated by telling stories - part of the Question Story Question (QSQ) technique in our Senior Market training.
