I have been posting on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram some material of interest for home buyers and sellers I get from Reminder Media and List Reports. I recently became certified with Knock, a lender that provides bridge loans to home sellers so there is no waiting for them to buy their new property. In my monthly newsletter I include recurring articles on home ownership, health, relaxation and other topics. It is only page and a half. I just recently also sent out a post card on useful and simple household tips such as for saving electricity, etc. ( just three items covered). I will be on the phone tomorrow.
